Yes, the misconception is not about inequality or not enough women doing what men do, but about looking down at what women do, giving a low or negative value to femininity, or misogyny. Let me rephrase those statements:

“tasks in tech seem too heavy for women to complete”,
“tasks in tech seem too uninteresting for women to complete”

“women are usually not that good at math and computer science”,
“there are more men than women who like math and computer science”

“women’s main task is to raise kids”,
“a lot of women love raising kids over climbing the career ladder”

“men are better at logical thinking than women”,
“there are more men than women who prefer to use logical thinking, and there are more women than men who prefer to use intuitive thinking”

“engineers have to sit in the front of computers or even stay up very often, so males actually fit this job better since they are physically stronger”,
“engineers like to work from home, so females actually fit this job better since they often take the responsibility of taking care of children at home”

Here’s my piece on Code Like A Girl on debunking misconception and minimizing biases over striving for diversity.
