I like how you frame it as a change of intention. A change from within is a powerful change. I don’t like how some diversity consultants dismiss our intention and make us focus on impact, which is political correctness. It is exhausting because the effort to have the correct impact on others can still be received incorrectly.
According to my experience, an organically grown pure intention would have a good impact regardless of who receive it. I like how you propose a way to grow that pure intention by undoing our over-conditioning in this age of machine and efficiency.
